Our first VBS meeting was a great success! 8 people were in attendance.
The date & time for VBS were set – August 8 to 10, 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Also, several positions were filled for teaching, craft, games and planning.
There was also some discussion in regards to decorations, opening/closing and promotion.
Despite the good turnout, we are still in need of additional workers. If you were not out to Sunday’s meeting and would like to be involved with Vacation Bible School, please place your name on the sign-up sheet , call the church office or respond to this email.
Our next planning meeting will be in a couple of weeks, the specific date & time TBA.
Above all, pray every day fro God to move upon lives and the planning, promotion and execution of the outreach.
