Pastor Randy Shibilo began his ministry at the church in October 2003. He is a 1989 graduate of Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. Prior to serving in Norwich, Pastor Randy pastored churches in Odin, Illinois and Lexington, Kentucky. He also served as an assistant pastor at the Trinity Assembly of God in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. He currently lives in Norwich with his wife Raelene, and children Steven and Kaitlin.
